Greenlist Shipping Policy
Effective Date: March 25, 2026
At Greenlist, we aim to provide the fastest shipping and most reliable service in the industry. Our goal is to get your professional-grade supplies to your job site or home quickly, reliably, and without surprises.
1. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Offer
- Free Ground Shipping: Most orders over $99.00 (before taxes) qualify for free standard ground shipping.
- Flat Rate Shipping: A flat fee of $8.95 applies to all qualifying orders under $99.
- Exclusions: While most items qualify for our shipping offers, Greenlist reserves the right to exclude certain heavy, oversized, or special-handling items from free or flat-rate shipping. Any applicable shipping surcharges will be clearly displayed in your cart at checkout prior to purchase.
- Service Area: Shipping offers apply only to the contiguous 48 United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories.
2. Order Processing & Same-Day Shipping
- Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 11:00 AM CST are typically processed and shipped the same business day.
- Standard Processing: Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed within 1–2 business days.
- Inventory: We maintain a high in-stock rate; however, if an item requires additional processing time, your order may be held to ship all items together.
3. Carriers & Delivery Logistics
- Carrier Selection: We primarily utilize FedEx. Greenlist reserves the right to choose the most efficient shipping method and carrier (including USPS or regional freight) for your specific order.
- Split Shipments: To ensure the fastest delivery, we reserve the right to split your order into multiple shipments using different carriers without prior notification.
- Signature Requirements: For security and to prevent theft, Greenlist reserves the right to require a signature upon delivery for high-value shipments or specific delivery locations. If a signature is required, it will be noted in your tracking information.
4. Out of Stock Items
We do not typically offer backorders. If an item is out of stock:
- The item will be canceled and refunded immediately.
- The remainder of your order will ship as scheduled.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
- Transfer of Responsibility: Once a shipment is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. Greenlist is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered.
- Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, you must contact Greenlist Customer Service within 14 days of delivery.
- Claims Process: Please provide photos of the damaged product and the original packaging. Once reviewed, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
To maintain our fast shipping speeds, we cannot combine multiple orders or add items to an order once it has been placed. Once an order has reached the "Shipped" status, it cannot be canceled but may be returned per our Return Policy.
