Greenlist Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of receipt. We provide a prepaid shipping label for all approved returns over $25. Whether your item is brand new or lightly used, our process is designed to get you back to your project as quickly as possible.

1. Core Return Policy

  • 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
  • Minimum Return Value: To maintain our commitment to providing prepaid return shipping, we require a minimum return value of $25. Items or combined returns totaling less than this amount are not eligible for return.
  • Condition Categories:
    • New/Unused: Items must be uninstalled and in their original manufacturer packaging to qualify for a full refund.
    • Used: Items returned within 30 days of receipt that have been opened or lightly used are eligible for return but are subject to a processing fee (see Section 3).
  • Ineligibility: Any items that have been altered or modified in any way are not eligible for return.

2. The Return Process

  • How to Start: You may initiate a return through our Self-Service Return Portal on our website or by contacting Customer Service directly at 1-844-744-2777.
  • Authorization: All returns must be approved. Returns sent to our facilities without prior approval or a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) may not be accepted.
  • Free Return Shipping: We provide a prepaid shipping label for all approved returns that meet the minimum return value.
  • Inspection: Refunds are issued only after a visual inspection of the returned items at our facility to confirm their condition and eligibility.

3. Refunds & Fees

  • Restocking & Processing Fees:
    • New/Unused (Resellable): 0% Restocking Fee.
    • Used/Opened (Within 30 Days): 15% Processing Fee.
    • Defective/Damaged: 0% Restocking Fee.
  • Payment: Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to reflect on your statement.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered:

  • 14-Day Reporting Window: You must report the issue within 14 days of receipt.
  • Evidence Required: You must provide photo evidence of both the product and the original packaging.
  • Resolution: Upon visual inspection of the evidence, we will provide a replacement first. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund (including any applicable shipping) will be issued.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Products modified beyond their original manufacturer state.
  • Items missing the original packaging as received.
  • Clearance or "Final Sale" items.
  • Products not originally purchased from Greenlist.

6. Bulk & Large Orders

Returns for bulk or high-quantity orders require case-by-case approval and may be subject to additional conditions, including:

  • Customer responsibility for return shipping costs.
  • Specific restocking fees based on the nature of the items.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different product, please initiate a return for your original item and place a new order for the replacement item at your convenience.
